- Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. In the event there is damage do not refuse the package, instead please contact us immediately so we may process a damage claim with the manufacturer.

If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos toreturns@huntinggiant.comand we will process aninsuranceclaim on your behalf.Please note all damage, defective, and incorrect issues must be reported within 5 days from the date of delivery or we will be unable to replace or otherwise warranty the order

- Cancellations

You can cancel your order without any additional costs if your order hasn't been shipped. Please get in touch atsales@huntinggiant.com.If your order has shipped, we will take it back (the customer has to pay shipping costs) if the product is unused, in original packaging,and in good condition. (restocking fee applies)

- Returns

You can return a product 30 days after the initial purchase. You will be refunded the purchase price of the product, excluding all shipping charges (if we have to arrange the return freight) and a 20% re-stocking fee (20% of the purchase price).

- Refunds

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Itemshave to be in original packaging. Depending on your Bank it can take 7 business days for the money to be back in your account.

- Backorder Items (Items Not Available)

In order to put you on theback order list, we have to process your funds. We will ship the product once it becomes available. Ifyou decide thatyou no longer want the item, and want to be removed from the backorder list (cancel order) email us at sales@huntinggiant.com. Depending on your Bank it could take up to 7 business days for the money to be back in your account.
